At Black Forest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
